For once I had a very nice experience repairing an appliance in my daughter’s house. The AC went out right when it was predicted the hottest day of the week, and when my daughter was recovering from back surgery and feeling very lousy. I call the evening before and I was very sorry for my daughter’s condition and the predicted heat. I explain the situation and worry and Scot found a way to come the very next day, he was great at communication and let us know the time he would be there and followed up with calls when he was almost to the house. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, he know exactly what the problem was with the AC and fix it all in no time. Possibly the best experience we ever had with any technician at any time.

Scott was great to work with. He and his helper installed a ductless heat pump and we are very happy with the work they did.

Just had a new heat pump installed. Scott has been extremely helpful and patient with us, as we had a total of 3 estimates for different heating/cooling options over the last year or so before we finally got the recent work scheduled. The team that did the heat pump installation were on time, friendly and professional, carefully explaining options and being very respectful of the house. Scott was also kind enough to review the work and answer our questions the day after the work was finalized. Overall, super pleased and would highly recommend them.
